Our place is at 253/1 on 11th Main, over in the 3rd Phase. It’s a regular industrial neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. At Ajax Fiori Engineering India, we don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. Most of our focus is on the engineering side of things. The 3rd Phase is a busy area, especially during shift changes when everyone is on the road at once trying to get home. Our building is pretty functional—lots of concrete and metal, just like you’d expect for this kind of work. We have a lot of stuff going on inside at any given time. There are always parts being moved or technical drawings being looked at on a messy desk. It’s not the quietest environment to work in, but we’re all used to the noise by now. We don't have a lot of fancy slogans or a big corporate vibe. It’s just a group of people who know how to handle engineering tasks. Sometimes the coffee in the breakroom is terrible, and the fans barely move the air when it gets really hot in the summer, but we get the work done regardless. We aren't here to win any awards for our office decor or look. We just want to make sure the engineering side of things is handled properly and on time. It’s a basic, honest way to spend the day, and we’re all fine with that setup on 11th Main.
