Sruthi Engineering

Sruthi Engineering is tucked away at No. 4/5 on 8th Main in Peenya 2nd Stage. Specifically, we are behind Manjushree Garments in the Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Industrial Estate. Peenya is a huge industrial hub, and it can be quite a maze if you don't know your way around. Our workshop is surrounded by other small units and big factories. There is always the sound of metal clanging or engines running in the distance. We have a fair amount of space, but it’s mostly filled with machines and raw materials. It is a dusty environment, and we don't bother with much decoration. The focus is entirely on the engineering work we do. We have been in this industrial estate for quite some years. Dealing with the logistics of moving heavy parts through the narrow lanes of Peenya is a daily challenge. We don't have a fancy front office for meetings. Most of our discussions happen right on the shop floor where the work is happening. The people who work here are experienced and they don't need a lot of direction. We just get the blueprints or instructions and start working. It is a tough environment sometimes, especially in the heat, but we are used to it. We just take pride in doing the work properly without any unnecessary fluff.
