Hampson Industries Pvt. Ltd. is situated out in Nelamangala Taluk. Specifically, you can find us at Survey No. 40/41 in the village of Thonnachi Kuppe Kasaba Hobli. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but we like being out here where there’s more space. Our facility is where we do all our heavy manufacturing and industrial work. It’s a large area, and we have several sheds where different parts of the process happen. The air out here is a bit fresher than the city, though inside the factory it’s all about the smell of metal and electricity. We employ a lot of people from the surrounding villages, and it feels like a community effort most of the time. We aren't interested in being a big corporate giant with a glass tower. We are more comfortable in our work boots and uniforms, dealing with the day-to-day challenges of production. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we all have to pitch in to get things moving again. It’s practical, hard work. We’ve been part of this landscape for a while, and the people around here know us as the place that keeps the local economy moving. We just focus on getting the production numbers right and making sure everyone goes home safe. It’s a long day’s work in the heart of the village, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
