Ace Designers Ltd.

We’ve been set up here at Plott No. 7 & 8 in the Ii Phase for a while now. Ace Designers Ltd. isn't some massive corporate thing; it’s more about the guys on the floor making sure the machines actually work right. We spend most of our days looking at drawings and trying to figure out how to make things run a bit smoother. It gets loud in the shop sometimes, but that’s just how it is when you’re building stuff. Most of us have been here for years and know the machines inside out. We don’t really do fancy meetings or long presentations. If someone needs a part fixed or a design tweaked, we just get on with it. The coffee in the break room isn't great, but it keeps us going through the afternoon. Our spot in the Ii Phase is easy enough to find if you know the area. We usually have a few projects going at once, so the floor is always a bit cluttered with metal scraps and tools. It’s a messy process sometimes, but we like the work. It’s just what we do every day. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the equipment we put out doesn't break down when someone needs it. It's a living, and we take some pride in staying busy and keeping the lights on. Sometimes the weather makes the shop too hot, but we manage somehow.
