Yauatcha

You will find Yauatcha up on the 5th floor of the One M G Road Mall. It is right there at Trinity Circle, so the traffic outside is almost always a mess. We have a view of the Taj Vivanta across the street if you happen to sit near the big windows. The mall is quite modern, but once you step inside our place, it feels a bit different. We have a lot of tables and it can get really noisy when the lunch crowd comes in from the nearby offices. The staff is always moving fast to keep up with the orders. Sometimes we run out of certain items on the menu if the day is busier than we expected. We have some dark furniture and low lighting that makes the place feel a certain way, though it wasn't really my choice. It is just how the place was designed. We see a lot of people celebrating birthdays or just hanging out after shopping downstairs. The elevators in the mall can be a bit slow during the weekends, so guests sometimes arrive a little frustrated, but they usually settle in once they get some tea. We don't do big speeches about our food quality. We just cook what we know and serve it to the people who walk through the doors. It’s a busy spot in a busy part of Bangalore, and we are just trying to keep things running smoothly every day.
