Yatri Lodge

Yatri Lodge is sitting right at Platform No. 9 inside the KSRTC bus stand. If you have ever been to the Kempegowda Road area, you know how loud and busy it gets with all the buses coming and going at all hours. We have been here for quite some time now, serving people who just need a place to put their head down for a few hours or a night. It is not a five-star hotel by any means, and we don't pretend it is. The rooms are small and the walls have a few marks here and there from luggage bumping into them. We have fans that hum a bit too loud sometimes, but they keep the air moving. My staff and I see a lot of different faces, from students traveling for exams to families headed back to their villages. The floor tiles are a bit worn out near the entrance because of the heavy foot traffic. We don't have a fancy menu or room service that takes an hour. It is just a basic lodge for travelers who are tired from their journey. The noise of the bus horns is something you just get used to after staying here for a while. We keep the linens clean and make sure the water is running in the taps. It's a simple operation run by people who understand what it's like to be on the road for long hours.
