Our office is located at T Radhamma Nilayam in B Narayanpura, which is right in the Whitefield area. We spend most of our time looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out bus timings for people. It’s a small space, nothing too big or flashy. People usually call us or drop by when they are planning a trip to see family or just want a break from work. Whitefield can get so crowded with traffic that sometimes clients just call instead of coming in to see us. We handle a lot of the paperwork that comes with travel. It’s mostly just sitting at the desk and checking availability on the computer. There are always papers and notes everywhere on the desk. We deal with hotels and transport stuff too. Sometimes things go wrong with bookings, like a flight gets canceled, and then we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone trying to fix it for the traveler. It’s not always easy but we stay at it until it is sorted. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most of our regulars live nearby in Narayanpura. We don't really do big advertisements, mostly just people telling their neighbors about us. It’s a straightforward operation here. We have some old maps on the wall and a couple of chairs for when people want to sit and talk about where they want to go next. It’s a quiet place most mornings until the phones start ringing. Then it gets busy and we are on the go.
