Our office is at No. 270 in the Sai Ram Complex, right on the 100 Feet Road at the 5th Cross in Kathriguppe 5th Block. Being in Bengaluru means we are always dealing with the city's busy pace and the constant traffic outside. At Travel Smart Bengaluru, we spend our hours looking at screens and talking to people about their upcoming trips. Whether someone is planning a short break or a long journey, we sit down and look at the options together. The 100 Feet Road is always moving, so there is never a dull moment looking out the window of the Sai Ram Complex. We handle a lot of different things, from flight tickets to hotel stays, but we try to keep the process as simple as possible for our customers. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees, we are just a local team that knows the travel industry. Sometimes the internet is slow or a flight gets canceled, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing things, but that is just part of the job. We like helping our neighbors in Kathriguppe get to where they need to go. We stay open late most days because that is when people have time to come in after work. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes and we enjoy the variety of stories people bring in when they visit.
