Our office is at 19/12 in the Deepa Complex, right on the Naagarabavi Ring Road. We are very close to the main Deepa Complex building, so we’re easy to spot if you’re driving by. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at travel routes. It’s a busy place with people coming in to talk about their trips or pick up their papers. We have maps on the walls and a few stacks of brochures that have been there for ages. It’s not a corporate travel lounge. It’s just a regular office with desks and chairs. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people get from one place to another without too much trouble. The Ring Road can get very noisy, especially during rush hour, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the traffic. We don’t have a huge staff, just a few of us who know the routes well. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait for pages to load, which can be annoying when someone is waiting. But we usually get it sorted out. We don’t do any big promotions or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’ve heard about us from someone else. It’s a local business and we like it that way. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized among all the paperwork. That’s really all there is to it.
