Pleasant Voyage Pvt. Ltd. is located out on Anekal Main Road, specifically at Building No. 495, Office No. 4 in the Iggaluru area. It is quite a bit of a drive if you are coming from the city center, but it is right there near the Chandapura Post. We’ve been handling travel arrangements from this office for a while now. It’s a small space, nothing too big or fancy. There are a few desks, some old maps pinned on the wall, and the phones are usually ringing with people asking about bus timings or trip details. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or coordinating various things with drivers and local hotels. It can get a bit chaotic when there are travel delays or when the weather is particularly bad, but we try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. Anekal Main Road is always busy with big trucks and buses, so there’s a lot of noise and energy right outside our window. Inside, we just focus on trying to get the bookings right. It’s not a glamorous job by any means, but we get to talk to all kinds of people going to all sorts of interesting places. Some days are very slow and we just sit and talk about where we’d like to go ourselves if we had the time. Other days, it’s non-stop from the moment we open the door in the morning. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of staff. Just a handful of us here in Iggaluru trying to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble.
