We are located on the 3rd floor of Manandi Plaza, right on St Marks Road in Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know St Marks Road is one of those places that’s always packed with people and cars. We are right next to the St Marks Hotel, so that’s an easy landmark to find. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always fun to watch. The plaza itself is a busy spot with different businesses coming and going. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the street change quite a bit. The traffic in Bangalore is no joke, and we hear the honking and the engines all day long. Inside, we just try to keep things running smoothly. It’s a lot of work running a place like this in such a high-traffic area. We have a mix of staff who have been here since the start and some new faces too. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re just a local spot where people come to hang out. Whether it’s lunch time or late evening, there’s usually something going on. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the place is clean. It’s a noisy, busy, and sometimes chaotic part of town, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. It feels like the heart of the city.
