Western Watch Co

You can find Western Watch Co up on the 3rd Floor of Meenakshi Tower, which is at 21/22 2nd Main in SVK Layout, Chickpet. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. Chickpet is a very busy place, so being on the third floor actually gives us a little bit of a break from the noise of the street down below. We’ve got a fairly decent space here. It’s mostly filled with boxes of parts and various watches waiting to be looked at. We spend most of our hours hunched over the benches with those little magnifying glasses over one eye. It’s not the most glamorous job, but we enjoy the quiet of the workshop. Sometimes we get customers who have wandered through the whole building before finding us. We don’t have any flashy signs out front, just the name on the door. The layout of the tower is a bit confusing to some, but once you find us, it’s pretty straightforward. We deal with all kinds of timepieces, some old and some newer ones that people bought online and can't figure out. We just take them apart, see what's wrong, and try to put them back together. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on small things. The sun hits the windows in the afternoon and makes the place quite warm, but we’re used to it by now.
