Our office is located at Manipal Centre on Dickenson Road. We have Unit Nos. 502 and 503 on the fifth floor of the North Block. It’s a pretty well-known building in the city. We work on property development and real estate stuff. The front wing of the north block is where we spend our days. The office is full of floor plans, site maps, and a lot of legal folders. Dickenson Road is a busy area, but being on the fifth floor keeps it a bit quieter. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people about different projects. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure everything is in order. We’ve been operating out of Manipal Centre for quite a few years now. The building has that classic feel to it. We don't have a lot of flashy decorations. It’s mostly just desks and filing cabinets. Our team has been together for a while, so we all know how the others work. We just try to stay organized and keep the projects moving forward. Sometimes things get delayed with permits or construction, which can be frustrating. We just keep at it and handle the hurdles as they come. It’s just the way the property business goes in this town. We usually finish up around six and head out into the city traffic.
