Our place is tucked away in Nagarabhavi 2nd Stage, specifically at No. 91 Sai Niwas. Being on the 3rd Main near the 4th cross means it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We’ve been running Welwet Woods Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. for some time now, mostly focusing on making sure the rooms are ready and the kitchen is stocked. It’s a basic setup. We aren't some massive hotel chain with uniforms and scripted greetings. We just talk to people like normal. The building in 9th Block is easy to spot once you get onto the cross road. Every morning starts with checking the laundry and seeing who is checking out. The staff spends a lot of time just keeping the place tidy. Sometimes the water pressure acts up or a light bulb needs changing, so there’s always a bit of maintenance happening in the background. We have a few regular guests who come through because they work nearby. It’s more of a homey vibe than a corporate one. We don't have a huge lobby, just a simple entrance where you sign in. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise. Usually, things are pretty straightforward. We cook simple meals when people ask and try to keep the coffee hot. It’s just how we run things here day to day. We don't have a lot of rules, just common sense.
