Wangs Kitchen

Wangs Kitchen is at No.19/4, Cunningham Road, Bangalore - 560052. We are right across from the Just Dial Ltd office, which is a big building nearby. Cunningham Road is one of those places that never seems to quiet down. There is always a lot of traffic and people rushing to their jobs in the offices. We have been at this location for several years. Our daily routine is pretty much the same every day. We start with deliveries in the morning and then get the kitchen ready for the lunch crowd. It is a lot of work and it can get quite hot in the back. We don't have a corporate office or a bunch of managers in suits. It is just the staff here on the ground. We don't bother with fancy slogans. We are just a local place where you can get some food. We have become a part of the landscape on this road. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, like when a delivery is late or a machine breaks down, but we just fix it and keep moving. It is an honest way to run a restaurant in a busy city. We focus on the cooking and making sure the plates go out on time. That is the whole story for us. People from the offices nearby come in every day. We know their usual orders by now. It’s just a regular life for us here in Bangalore, and we keep the doors open for everyone.
