We are Viva Communications Pvt Ltd, based over at 76/1 Wilson Garden. Our office is quite near the police station here. It’s a good spot to be because everyone knows where the station is, so they never get lost looking for us. We work with phones and internet systems and all that kind of communication stuff. Usually, the office is full of wires, headsets, and people talking on the line. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is working at once, but we’re used to it. We aren't some huge company with thousands of employees. We are just a local team trying to keep the lines open. Some days the technology acts up and we have to spend hours figuring out why a connection isn't working. It can be frustrating, but that’s the nature of the business. We keep some tea in the back for when things get stressful. Wilson Garden is a busy place, and there is always something going on outside our window. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just help set up the systems so people can talk to each other. It’s practical work. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us hunched over a computer or testing some equipment. We have been in this location for a good while and we’ve gotten to know the regular faces on the street. It’s a decent place to run a business from.
