We've been at 1421 HRBR Layout for a while now. It’s right near the Bda Complex, so there’s always something happening outside. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know the traffic can get a bit much around lunchtime. Call 2 Connect is mostly just us handling calls and trying to keep things organized. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and talking. We have a small team here. Some of us have been around since the start, while others are newer faces. The office isn't fancy, but it works for what we do. We drink a lot of tea to get through the afternoon. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear yourself think. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get the work done. Finding the place is easy enough if you know the Bda landmark. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops open up and old ones close, but we’re still here doing our thing. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know. Most of the staff lives nearby, so we’re all pretty local. We just try to stay on top of the messages and make sure people get through to who they need to talk to. That's basically the daily routine for us at HRBR Layout.
