Convergys India Services

We’re located in Divyasree Towers, which is at 55 BTM Layout on the Nirnaynagar Road. It’s a big building, so we share the space with a lot of other people. Convergys India Services is basically a hub where we handle a lot of different service tasks. Most of the day is spent on computers or talking to people. BTM Layout is always buzzing with energy, especially around Nirnaynagar Road. There are tons of places to eat nearby, which is good for us. The office itself is pretty standard for a services company. We have our rows of desks and our shared spaces. It gets pretty loud when everyone is working at once. We’ve been in this tower for a while. It’s a decent place to work, even if the commute through BTM can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic. We don't have any fancy decorations; it's mostly just functional. We focus on getting the service work done correctly. People come and go throughout the shifts. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep things grounded. We’re just a bunch of people working together to keep the operations running smoothly from our spot in Divyasree Towers. We don't worry about being fancy, we just show up and do the work that needs to be done every day. It’s a busy life here on Nirnaynagar Road.
