Transact Bpo Services India Pvt Ltd is located on the 3rd floor at 85/5 Yeshwantpur Airport Road, right across from the police station. It's a very loud area. Between the sirens and the airport traffic, there is never a quiet moment during the day. We run our business from here with a lot of computers and headsets. The office is functional, mostly just rows of desks and people talking on the phones. Being on the 3rd floor helps a bit with the street noise, but not as much as you would hope. We have staff coming in and out for different shifts. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so most of us just take the stairs to stay awake and get moving. The police station is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Usually, we are just heads down, working through the tasks. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. Lunch breaks are usually spent at the small food shops nearby or bringing tiffins from home. We don’t have any fancy lounge areas. There's just a small corner with a water cooler and some plastic chairs where people sit for a minute. The view of Airport Road is mostly just stuck cars and buses, but it’s interesting to watch. We’ve had to fix the wiring a couple of times because the building is older. It’s a practical space for what we do. We don't spend much on decorations because we’re mostly looking at the screens. It’s a typical workspace, always full of activity every single day and night.
