Village Restaurant Whitefield

Village Restaurant Whitefield sits right near the ITPL back gate at Tattandur Arahala. This part of Bangalore changed a lot over the years with all the tech parks coming up. We are at No.107, which is a location that sees a lot of foot traffic from the people working in the offices nearby. Most of our day revolves around the lunch hour when everyone comes out of the gates at the same time. It gets very frantic for a couple of hours and then it goes quiet again until dinner. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. We just have this one spot where we try to keep the food coming out on time. The road outside can get very dusty with all the construction and the buses passing by constantly. We spend a lot of time cleaning the windows and the front area to keep the dust out. The staff here is small and we all do a bit of everything, from taking orders to cleaning up the kitchen. It is a basic place with simple tables and chairs. We don't have a fancy menu with a thousand items. We just stick to what we know and what the workers around here like to eat. It is a lot of hard work keeping up with the Whitefield pace, but we have been doing it for a while now.
