Vijaya Karthik School Of Veena Key Board

I started this music school in Girinagar 1268 because I wanted a space for kids and adults to learn instruments properly. We mostly focus on the veena and keyboard here. It is just a small place, nothing too fancy, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the room gets a bit crowded on Saturdays when everyone shows up at once. I try to keep the timing flexible for students who have school or work. We have been in this spot for a while now. Some students have been coming for years, starting with basic notes and now playing full songs. It takes a lot of practice to get the veena right, it is not an easy instrument. The keyboard is a bit faster to learn but still needs discipline. I teach most of the classes myself. People from around the neighborhood know where we are. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people just walk in or hear about us from a neighbor. The chairs are a bit old and we might need to paint the walls soon, but the music sounds good. It is quiet enough here to focus. We don't have a big staff, it is just me and a couple of helpers who keep the place tidy. We have a few old benches for parents to sit on while they wait.
