Videosonic

We started Videosonic here in Old Thargurpet a long time ago. If you head down towards Byatayanapura and see the Vijay Theatre, you’re basically there. It’s number 16. The area stays pretty busy with all the movie traffic and people moving around. We mostly spend our days dealing with all sorts of electronics. Some days it is quiet, and other days everyone seems to have something broken at the same time. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we keep our tools and the items we’re working on. Most of the people who come in are locals who have lived in this part of town for years. They know us by name, and we know their families. Sometimes someone stops by just to chat about what’s playing at the theater next door. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot. It gets a bit dusty with the road work and the trucks, but that’s just how it is in this part of the city. We don't really do much advertising. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors or stumble upon us while they’re out running errands. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and get the work done every day.
