Vgr & Sons

Vgr & Sons is a family business that has been around for a long time. We are located at number 8/3 on D Street in the Nandanavam area of Ulsoor. If you know where the Girls High School in Jogupalya is, we are right near there. Our shop is not very large, but it is full of history and the things we have collected over the years. We deal with various daily business tasks, and because it is a family run place, you will often see different members of the family helping out at the counter. Ulsoor is one of those parts of Bangalore that still feels like a community. We know the sounds of the neighborhood, like the school bell ringing or the vendors calling out on the street. Our workspace is pretty simple with old wooden furniture and some ceiling fans that have been humming for years. We do not bother with fancy advertisements or a polished corporate image. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and get to work on whatever needs to be done that day. Sometimes it is a bit slow and we just sit and talk with the neighbors who drop by. Other times we are very busy and the whole family has to pitch in to get the orders sorted. It is a basic, honest way to live and work, and we are happy to be part of the Jogupalya area.
