We are at No. 21/24 on MG Road in Bangalore. It is a very busy street, and we are right there opposite the Axis Bank. Most people who work in the offices nearby or come for shopping know where we are located. It’s a big building, and we’ve been here for quite some time now, watching the city change. The traffic on MG Road is almost always heavy, so there’s a lot of noise from the cars and the metro trains passing by. Inside, we just keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s not a quiet or peaceful place, but it has a lot of energy. We get all sorts of people, from tourists with cameras to office workers on their short lunch breaks. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or marketing; we just focus on the kitchen and the customers. The 560001 area is the heart of the city, so we see the city at its busiest. Morning starts early with all the prep work. By lunchtime, it’s usually a bit of a scramble to keep up with everyone coming in at once. We just try to make sure everyone who comes in gets what they ordered without too much of a wait or any fuss. It is a simple operation at the end of the day. We are just part of the local scenery here on this particular street in Bangalore, doing what we do every day.
