Balpharma Ltd.

Balpharma Ltd. is based over at 33 Kptcl, New Colony, in the 2nd Block of Rajajinagar. We are right there in Bangalore-560010. Rajajinagar has that old Bangalore feel that you don't find in the newer parts of the city. Being in the N.R.S area near the New Colony makes our daily routine feel very local. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at from the outside, just a solid building where we've set up shop. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our work. We have shelves full of stuff and desks that are usually covered in papers. It’s a working environment, so it’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. The 2nd Block is a decent place to be. We have our regulars who walk by and the same delivery guys coming in every day. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or corporate branding inside the office. We'd rather just have good fans for the summer and a reliable internet connection. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We are just Balpharma Ltd. and we happen to be located in this specific corner of Rajajinagar. It’s a straightforward existence. We do our hours, we talk about our weekends, and we try to stay on top of the tasks at hand. It’s a bit noisy when the traffic picks up on the main roads, but inside it’s just the usual office hum.
