Variety Caterers

Variety Caterers has been based on Brigade Road for a good stretch of time. It is a very busy street, as anyone who lives here knows, so there is always something happening right outside our door. Being in such a central spot makes it easier for us to reach different parts of the city when we have an order to deliver. We started out small and stayed that way, focusing on the work right in front of us. Brigade Road has changed a lot since we first set up here, but we are still in the same place. People usually find us just by walking past or hearing about us from someone who used our services before. We don't have a huge, polished storefront because most of our work happens in the kitchen or at the venues. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes with the crowds and the traffic, but we are used to the noise. We just show up every morning and start preparing whatever is on the menu for that day. It keeps us on our toes. We deal with all kinds of requests, which is probably why the name fits. It is just a handful of us working here. We like the fast pace of the area. It feels right for the kind of work we do. There isn’t much time to sit around, that’s for sure. It is just life on Brigade Road.
