We’ve been tucked away here in Nagarbhavi Co Operative Society 2nd-Stage for a good while now. Our spot is at number 617, and if you know this part of Bangalore, you know it's a mix of homes and small workshops. Valco Melton Engineering Pvt Ltd isn't some massive corporate entity with a glass tower. We are a practical engineering outfit. Most days start early with the sound of shutters going up. We handle engineering work, mostly focused on the technical side of things that people don't usually see in their daily lives. It’s a lot of metal, parts, and making sure machines do what they are supposed to. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork done and talk to customers who drop by. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, especially during the evening rush, but that's just how it is around here. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows their job. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in the city, just keeping things running smoothly for the people who need our parts. It gets dusty, and there is always some noise from the tools, but it feels like home to us. When people come to visit us at 617, they usually find us busy with some project or another. It’s honest work, and we like being part of this local patch of the neighborhood. Nothing too complicated about it, just showing up and doing the engineering tasks that come our way every day.
