Valco Melton Engineering India Pvt. Ltd.

We are based on the first floor at 981, right on 1st Cross Road in Ideal Homes Township, RR Nagar. Valco Melton Engineering India has been operating out of this part of Bangalore for several years now. RR Nagar is a nice, green area, and being in the Ideal Homes section makes it a bit quieter than the city center. We deal with engineering equipment and various industrial parts here. It’s not a very clean or quiet job, as we often have machines or parts being moved around the floor. The office and the workspace are basically the same thing for us. We have a lot of tools and technical manuals lying around. Most of us have been working with this kind of machinery for a long time. We aren't really the type for fancy suits or corporate meetings. We spend most of our time in our work clothes, making sure the engineering side of things is handled properly. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We usually start our day by checking through the orders and seeing what needs to be shipped out or fixed. The team is pretty close-knit, and we mostly just focus on the job at hand. It’s a busy place, but we like the pace. Dealing with engineering problems can be tough, but it’s what we do here every day. We’ve made this space work well for our needs over the years.
