Vaishnavi Engg Works

Our shop, Vaishnavi Engg Works, is over at No.44/1 in the Industrial Estate in Shanti Nagar. It’s a typical industrial area, so there’s always some kind of noise or movement going on nearby. We’ve got a fairly simple setup here. We do engineering work, mostly fixing things or making new parts from scratch. The shop is full of grease, metal shavings, and the smell of oil, which is pretty much how it should be. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone sitting in a suit. It’s just us in our work clothes, getting things done. Some days we are really busy and the machines never stop, and other days we spend more time cleaning up or organizing the racks. Shanti Nagar is a decent place to work, and being in the estate means we have everything we need close by. We’ve had some of the same machines for years because they still work just fine. We don't see a reason to change things if they aren't broken. People who come by usually know exactly what they want, and we do our best to put it together for them. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we have to try a few times to get a piece just right, but that’s just how engineering goes. We just keep working until the job is finished. The work is hard but it keeps us busy every day.
