V S Group Real Estate operates out of HSR Layout, specifically on the 17th Main. If you spend any time in HSR, you know 17th Main is one of those streets that always has something going on. Our office is right in the middle of it all. We don't have one of those shiny, glass-fronted offices you see in the city center. It’s more of a functional space where we keep our files and meet people to talk about property. There’s a lot of walking involved in this job, so we are often coming and going throughout the day. The office feels a bit empty when we are all out on site visits, but that’s just the nature of real estate. We’ve been in HSR Layout for a while and we’ve seen how fast everything is growing. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we stay on top of it by just being around and talking to people. We don't use any fancy scripts or sales pitches. We just show the places we have and tell people the facts about the plots or the flats. The desk is usually covered in printouts and maps of the local sectors. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy life, but we like the 17th Main area. It’s got good trees and plenty of places to grab a quick bite. We just take things one day at a time.
