We started A 1 Estates Pvt Ltd because we knew the Bommanahalli area pretty well. Our office is on 3rd Main, right near the Kosur Clinic. It’s a busy little pocket of the city. We spend most of our time talking to people about land and buildings, which involves a lot of walking around and looking at sites. The office is really just a home base for us to keep our maps and papers. It’s often just one or two of us at the desks while the others are out meeting people or checking on properties. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything. We just tell people what we’ve seen and what the prices are like around here. Real estate can be tricky with all the different rules, so we try to keep things as simple as possible. The building we are in is easy to spot if you’re looking for the clinic. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors know us. Sometimes we sit out front when it’s not too hot and talk to the people passing by. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We just work through the listings and help whoever walks through the door. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that’s the nature of the business in a place like Bommanahalli. We are just local people working in our own neighborhood.
