Our place is at 450 in the 2nd Stage of BTM Layout. Aban Developers Pvt Ltd is basically just a few of us in a small office. We’ve been in BTM for a good while and it’s a nice place to work. The building isn't anything fancy, just a standard spot where we can get our work done without too many distractions. We usually have a lot of blueprints and site plans lying around on the tables. It can get a bit messy when we are busy, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you usually just walk in and talk to whoever is nearest to the door. We prefer it that way. It keeps things simple and honest. We spend a lot of time out at different project sites, but this is where we do all the planning and paperwork. BTM Layout is always bustling, so there’s plenty of energy around. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just find us by coming to 450 or hearing about us from a neighbor. We are just trying to build things the right way and stay busy. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we enjoy it. We aren't looking to be the biggest name in town, just a solid local business that people can talk to.
