We are located at No.20, Maruti Mansion, which is on 1st Main and 1st Cross in Basavanagar. This is where we do all our work for Aakanksha Estates. It is a small office, nothing like those big corporate buildings you see in the city center. We spend most of our time talking to people about land and houses around this area. My partners and I have lived in this part of town for a long time, so we know the streets pretty well. The office is often a bit messy with maps and old paperwork sitting on the desks. We don't have any fancy secretaries or a coffee machine that makes lattes. Usually, someone just goes out to the local tea stall if we want a drink. People stop by to ask about property prices or if any new plots are coming up for sale. It can be a slow business sometimes, waiting for things to move, but we stay busy with phone calls and visiting different sites. We prefer doing things this way, just talking face-to-face and keeping it simple. The building itself, Maruti Mansion, is easy to find once you get on the 1st Main. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to help folks find a place to build their homes or invest a bit of money. It’s just a handful of us working here every day from morning until the sun goes down. We've been at this office for quite a few years now and it works for us.
