Aishwarya Land Developers

We’ve been over here at Niharika Society for a while now. Aishwarya Land Developers isn't a huge office, just a few of us working from Ramamurthy Nagar in Elora Park. Most days start with coffee and looking over some site plans or checking on how a specific plot is coming along. It gets busy, especially on weekends when folks have time to drive out and see things for themselves. We aren't really fancy people. If you come by, you'll see a lot of papers on the desks and probably a few muddy boots near the door. That's just how it is when you're working with land. Elora Park is a decent area to be based in. It’s quiet enough to get work done but close enough to everything we need. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth that comes with property work. Sometimes it feels like we spend half our lives on the phone or driving between different sites. It’s not always glamorous. There are days when the weather doesn't cooperate or things get delayed, but we just keep moving. Most of the people who walk through our door are locals or looking to move into the area. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. It's just us doing what we know how to do. If you're looking for our place, it’s tucked inside the society. Just look for the name. We usually have someone around during the day unless we're all out on a site visit somewhere in the city.
