Our office is located at 48 Indira Nagar on BPC Road. We are up on the 1st Floor in the Akota area. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic on BPC Road can get a bit heavy during the rush hours. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and talking about property. The office is pretty basic. There are a few tables, some chairs, and a lot of maps and papers pinned to the walls. It’s not a high-end corporate suite. It’s just where we come to work every morning. Akota is a nice neighborhood and we’ve seen it change quite a bit over the years. We usually have people dropping in to ask questions or check on things. We aren't big on formal speeches or polished presentations. We just explain what’s happening with the projects in plain English. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes we’re out on-site and other times we’re stuck here doing the paperwork. It’s a steady kind of life. We like being in Indira Nagar because it’s easy to get to for most folks. There’s a tea shop downstairs where we go when we need a break. It’s an honest way to make a living and we just keep at it day by day. We don’t make grand promises, we just show up and do the work, dealing with the city heat.
