Aashrayaa Projects

We are based over in KR Puram, specifically on the 2nd floor of a building in Gayatri Layout. The address is 1, on 16 Cross, just off Basavannapura Road. Bangalore traffic is always a mess, so it can take a while to get here if you are coming from across town. Our office is a bit small and usually filled with rolls of blueprints and site plans. We focus on project work and spend a lot of our time visiting different sites to see how things are moving along. It is a lot of coordination between different workers and suppliers, and things often get delayed for one reason or another. That is just how the construction business goes. We have a couple of old desks and some chairs that have seen better days. It isn't a polished corporate environment, but it gets the job done for us. My assistant handles the phones while I am out in the field. Sometimes we stay late into the night trying to finish up reports or checking on schedules. We do not have any big mission statements or fancy slogans posted on the walls. It is just a place where we work and try to keep everything on track. Most of our clients are local people who know us through word of mouth. We have been in this layout for several years now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It is a steady pace of work.
