We are based at C/286 in the Domlur area, right near Chowk Bazar Main Road. V M G Bpo Outsourcing Services Co isn't what you’d call a traditional office. It’s a bit of a mix with computers, desks, and people on phones for most of the day. Since we are near the Chowk Bazar, it stays quite lively outside our windows. You can hear the vendors and the cars even through the glass. We have rows of desks. Lots of wires run everywhere for the internet and the phone lines. It gets pretty busy during certain hours. The calls start coming in back to back. We don't have fancy furniture. We just have the stuff that works for sitting a long time. The kitchen area is small. It's just enough for a kettle and some biscuits. Some of us work different hours. There’s almost always someone in the office. The air conditioning is always on. The computers generate a lot of heat. It can get a bit stressful when the systems are slow. We just deal with it. We have some whiteboards on the walls with notes and schedules scribbled on them. It’s a straightforward workplace where we spend our time looking at screens and typing out whatever is required. The location is alright because there are plenty of food stalls nearby for when we finish a shift.
