Usha Caterers

Usha Caterers is located at No. 8/1 on 3rd Cross. We are on Machilipeta Road, which is in Jai Bharat Nagar. A good way to find us is to look for the Pawan Medical Store; we are right near there. We’ve been in this spot for several years. It started out with just a few of us cooking in a small kitchen. Over time, we got a bit busier, but we kept the kitchen the same size. You have to be very organized when you work in a small space like ours. If someone leaves a bag of flour in the wrong place, everyone trips over it. We do a lot of catering for local parties and small family events. We don’t have an office or a front desk. It’s just a place where we work. My wife handles the menus and I take care of getting the food to the venues. We have a couple of people who help us out when things get really busy. They are like family to us. We don't use any modern equipment. We still cook the way we learned from our parents. The traffic in Jai Bharat Nagar can be a bit of a nightmare in the evenings, so we have to plan our routes carefully. We just do our thing every day and don't make a big fuss about it. It’s a practical business and it works for us.
