Universal Pharmachem

Universal Pharmachem is located at No. 499 on 5th Cross in the 2nd Block of R. T. Nagar. This neighborhood has a lot of character, and we like being part of it. Our building is a standard structure that houses our offices and a bit of storage space. We handle a mix of pharmaceutical and chemical-related items, so there’s always something interesting to look at in the ledger. It’s not the kind of place with glass elevators or carpeted floors. We have tiled floors that are easy to sweep because people are always walking in with dirt on their shoes. The 5th Cross is a narrow street, so things can get a bit tight when a big delivery arrives. We usually have to help the driver navigate the turn. Inside, the walls are mostly covered with calendars and some old maps of the distribution routes. We keep a small radio playing in the corner sometimes, just to have some background noise while we work through the stacks of orders. R. T. Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s central enough to reach most parts of the city without too much trouble. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our connections come from being around for years and just doing what we say we’re going to do. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it works for us here on 5th Cross.
