Univero Fab Engineers is down at No. 62/3 in Singasandra Village. We are right off the Hosur Main Road in the Bommanahalli area. If you’ve ever driven down Hosur Main Road, you know how packed it gets. But once you turn off into Singasandra Village, it feels a little different. It’s still busy, but it has that local village feel mixed with the industrial stuff. Our place is a fabrication spot, so it’s always got something going on. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s more about the concrete floors and the heavy equipment we use every day. We’ve been in Bommanahalli for a while now and we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the traffic. The work we do is practical and honest. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. We just look at the job, tell you if we can do it, and then get to it. The team here is small and we all know each other well. We don't have HR departments or employee handbooks. We just have a rhythm that works for us. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we don’t complain much. We’re just a regular group of engineers making a living in this corner of the city. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the fabrication work.
