Our kitchen is located at No.327 in Babusapalya, specifically in the Flower Gardens area of Banaswadi. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays pretty calm until we start the big cooking sessions. We’ve been doing catering for a while now. It started small, just cooking for local gatherings, and then it grew into a full-time thing. We don't have a fancy storefront or a restaurant where you can sit down. It’s mostly about getting the food ready and packed up for events. Sometimes we are up very early in the morning to get the fires started. The bins and pots are always being moved around. It can get a bit messy during the peak hours, but that's just part of the job. We focus on local food that people in the 560043 area like. We aren't trying to be world-class chefs; we just make honest meals that taste like they should. If you walk past the lane, you can usually smell whatever is cooking that day. It’s a small team of us. We do the shopping at the market ourselves to make sure the vegetables are okay. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We don’t have a marketing team. Word of mouth is how we get most of our calls. We just keep our heads down and cook. It’s not glamorous, but we are happy with how things are going. We just try to get the orders delivered on time without any fuss.
