Unique Precis Industries

Unique Precis Industries is located right in the heart of Peenya Industrial Area. We are at 229/1 in Ayappa Nagar, on the Devsandra Main Road in the KBG Building. If you know Peenya, you know it’s all about making things. Our workshop is usually full of the smell of oil and the sound of machines running. We do precision work, or at least we try our best to be as exact as we can. It’s not an office job where you wear a tie. We are usually in our work gear, making parts or checking measurements. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The roads around here can be pretty rough, especially when it rains, but the work never stops. We have a small team of guys who know their way around the lathes and tools. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People come to us because they need something specific made. Most of our clients are other businesses in the same area. We don't do much advertising. Our work usually speaks for itself, and word gets around. It’s a tough environment sometimes, with the heat and the noise, but we are used to it. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in the industrial belt and we have been at it for many years now.
