You can find us up on the first floor of Umiya Emporium, specifically in office number nineteen. We’re right there on Hosur Main Road, which is usually packed with cars and people going about their day. We spend our time here sorting out travel plans for folks. It’s not a large office, just a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look at screens and make calls. Planning trips takes a lot of patience because things change all the time. Flights get delayed or hotels get full, and we’re the ones sitting here trying to fix it. We aren't doing anything fancy, just booking tickets and figuring out schedules. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones won't stop ringing, but that's just part of the job on Hosur Road. Most of the people who come in are locals from the neighborhood who want to go somewhere else for a few days. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, so we know the building well. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s quiet enough once you get inside. We just try to get the details right so nobody gets stuck at an airport somewhere. It’s a simple operation, really. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. We don't worry about much else besides the bookings.
