Ugra Precision

Our workshop is located at Plot No. 310 on the 12th Main Road in the Hebbal Industrial Estate. It’s a busy part of Hebbal, with a lot of other factories and shops nearby. We spend our days working on various precision parts. The machines make a lot of noise, so you have to talk loud if you're out on the floor. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, tools end up all over the place. We’ve been at this for a while, and the routine is pretty much the same every morning. We get in, check the schedule, and start the motors. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, your hands usually end up with some grease on them by ten o’clock. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, making sure the measurements are right. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in, but mostly we stick to our regular hours. The 12th Main Road can get pretty jammed with traffic during the evening rush, so we usually wait a bit before heading home. It’s just honest work in a practical setting. We don't make any big claims, we just show what we can do through the parts we finish. It's about being steady and keeping the machines running. We’ve been in Hebbal long enough to know the local rhythms. Most days are good, some are a bit more stressful.
