We are based in Basavanagudi, which is one of the older and more traditional parts of the city. We really like the feel of this neighborhood with its big trees and old houses. Our shop isn't part of some new shopping mall. It is just a regular building where we have set up our operations. We deal with various technical items and have been doing so for a while now. Because we are in Basavanagudi, we get a mix of older residents and younger people who are just moving in. We don't put a lot of effort into making the place look like a high-end boutique. It is practical and a little bit cluttered, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend most of our time helping customers who walk in or answering the phone. There is no big marketing strategy here. We just try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. Some days the traffic on the main roads nearby is a bit much, but our street stays relatively okay. We have regular customers who have been coming to us for years because they know they can just have a normal conversation with us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work well and stay as a part of this community. It’s a simple life running a shop in this part of town and we enjoy it.
