Twigs Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd is based in Mittal Towers on M G Road in Bangalore. We are up on the fourth floor of the B Wing, specifically in unit number 405. M G Road is probably one of the busiest spots in the whole city, so getting to work in the morning can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic and the huge crowds on the sidewalks. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we handle all the paperwork and logistics for the hospitality side of things. We deal with a lot of different moving parts every day. There are phones ringing and people coming in and out to talk about schedules or supplies for various projects we are working on. Mittal Towers is an older building, so the elevators can be a bit slow sometimes, and you often have to wait your turn in the lobby area. We don't really have a showroom or anything like that because most of our work happens behind the scenes or at other locations where the actual service takes place. It's mostly just us sitting at desks and making sure the business side of things is running like it should without any major errors. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Even though it’s very noisy outside with the traffic, once you get up to the fourth floor, it gets a little quieter so we can focus on getting our tasks finished before the day ends.
