Troika

Over at 333 Banaswadi you will find the building where Troika is based. It’s a plain looking place and easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number on the gate. We’ve been here for a bit and the area has grown up around us quite a bit. There’s a lot of traffic on the main road now so getting in and out takes a little longer than it used to. Inside, it’s mostly just an open space where we handle our daily tasks. We aren't big on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We have some old desks and some chairs that have seen better days. The light in the back office is a bit dim but we managed to get a lamp back there recently. People often ask what the name means but it’s just something we picked years ago and it stuck. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home to our families. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of work piled up. The water cooler makes a funny gurgling sound every time someone uses it. It’s a bit of a messy office if I’m being honest with papers everywhere. But we know where everything is. It’s just how we work here in Banaswadi. We don't need things to be perfect as long as they get done.
