Trinity Restaurant

You can find us over at No.19/2 Kumara Krupa Road, just a short walk from Shivananda Circle. Trinity Restaurant has been a part of this Bangalore neighborhood for quite a while now. It’s not a very big place, but we make use of every inch we have. The tables are set close together, so you might end up hearing a bit of your neighbor's conversation, but that’s just how it is during the lunch hour. We get a lot of office workers coming in for a quick bite and older folks who have been living in 560001 since they were kids. The kitchen is small and stays hot, especially when we’re frying up the specials. We don't have fancy menus with glossy photos. It's just a board or a simple printout that tells you what we cooked today. Sometimes we run out of the most popular dish before one o'clock, and we just have to tell people sorry. We do our own cleaning and buy our vegetables from the same market every morning. It’s a lot of work, and our hands are usually tired by the time we close up. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. People mostly find us because they smelled the food or saw the crowd outside. It’s a plain, honest place to get a meal, and we’re happy to be here on this corner serving our regulars.
