Trinity Home Kitchen

Trinity Home Kitchen sits in the Trinity Complex on Old Madras Road. We are right near Trinity Circle and M G Road, which is basically the heart of Bangalore. It is always loud and busy outside with all the cars and the metro. We started this place because we wanted to provide something that felt more like home food than a big commercial restaurant. It is a small spot, nothing like the giant malls nearby. We focus on the basics. You can hear the traffic from the window while you eat, but that's just Bangalore for you. Most of our customers are office workers from around M G Road who just want something simple for lunch. We don't have a massive menu with a hundred items. We just make a few things every day and try to do them right. The kitchen is small, so we have to be organized. We spend our mornings getting the spices ready and cleaning the tables. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when it gets crowded, but people don’t seem to mind. We aren't fancy and we don't have waiters in suits. It’s just us serving food in the middle of all the city chaos. We like the energy of being so close to the circle. It keeps us on our toes every single day from morning until we close up.
