Topaz Surgi Pharma

Topaz Surgi Pharma is tucked away in rooms 203 and 204 of the Everest building. We are right across from Shastri Maidan, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us at Limda Chowk. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always noise from the street coming up to the second floor. Our space is mostly taken up by boxes of medical supplies and various pharmaceutical items. It is not a big place, so we have to stack things pretty high sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking inventory lists. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of every day. The elevator in the building is a bit slow and cranky, so we often just take the stairs. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we have our own way of doing things. We know the local couriers by name because they are in and out all day long. In the evenings, you can see people playing or walking in Shastri Maidan from our window. It’s a nice view, even if we are usually too busy to look at it for long. We don't have a reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be at a desk or moving boxes around. It is a straightforward operation. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people.
